Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking guidelines before scheduling: - Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their own appointments online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. - Advance Booking: Appointments can be booked as early as 1 week in advance and no later than 2 hours before the start time. - Payment Information: A valid card is required on file to secure all bookings, including free sessions, plan sessions, and offline payments. - Fees for Late Changes or No-Shows: Cancellation and no-show fees will be applied when appointments are missed or cancelled outside of the allowed timeframe.
