Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

Effective Date: 9/5/2025

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking and service policies before scheduling or engaging with Mighty Oak Landscaping Inc.

1. Booking Guidelines

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Advance Booking: Appointments may be booked as early as 1 week in advance and no later than 2 hours before the start time.

  • Payment Information: A valid payment method is required to secure all bookings, including free sessions, plan sessions, and offline payments.

  • Late Changes or No-Shows: Fees will be applied for cancellations or missed appointments outside the allowed timeframe.

2. Billing & Payment

  • Mighty Oak Landscaping Inc. bills monthly and expects payment within seven (7) days of the invoice date.

  • We reserve the right to:

    1. Charge a service fee equal to 15% of any past-due amount.

    2. Charge a $50.00 fee for each returned or stop-payment check.

    3. Refuse payment by personal check.

    4. Require a written cancellation notice from both parties.

3. Contract Cancellation

  • Mighty Oak Landscaping Inc. may cancel this contract for reasonable cause, providing thirty (30) days’ notice.

  • Clients must give thirty (30) days’ notice of cancellation after reporting unsatisfactory workmanship, allowing adequate time for issue correction.

  • Cancellation notice cannot be related to weather conditions.

4. Past Due Accounts

  • Accounts more than 59 days past due may result in suspension of all services until the full past-due balance is received.

  • Accounts more than 89 days past due may be referred to our attorneys for collection. The prevailing party is entitled to recover court costs and reasonable attorney fees.

  • If settled out of court, the client is solely responsible for all attorney fees incurred by Mighty Oak Landscaping Inc.

5. Acceptance

By booking services with Mighty Oak Landscaping Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
